Workshop Summary
To build a house you really need a strong foundation. Without one you will eventually hit the limit of structural integrity and everything will come crashing down. It's the same with photography. Learning the basics of how to use all the features of your camera is the core foundation. Fully understanding these key concepts enables you to shoot everything perfectly in camera and really sets the sky as the limit for what you can do!
This workshops covers the concepts of shutter speed, aperture, ISO speeds, Kelvin temperatures / white balance, the light meter, focus points and what AI servo mode is as well as the pros and cons of different lenses, what they do, and which ones you should buy. We will also be looking at individual cameras and settings, and practice on still life to make sure everyone is tracking as we go.
