Part One: We’ll talk about Aperture, Shutter Speed, ISO, Kelvin Temperature, White Balance, and Focus Points. We will go into how how these features work together to create images. This is the time to bring your camera and your manual so we can play with all the settings. We will also have stations set up with different objects and models for you to shoot and practice on, and we’ll be available to answer your questions and give you tips. This will be the time where the rubber hits the road when it comes to making your camera work for you.
Part Two: Now is the time to get your hard work up on your blog for all to see! I’ll start off with some blog story telling techniques. How to shoot with a goal in mind, which photos to pick and why. We will also go over some editing techniques, Photoshop tricks, Do’s and Don’ts for resizing, how to canvas your images together so that they look amazing, and getting the final product up on your blog.
