your engagement session
Engagement sessions are your chance to show off your personality while showing people how great you look together as a couple. They are often used as decorations in a wide variety of forms at your wedding and in your home. As I plan e-sessions with couples, we work together to come up with ideas that will really show who you are and what you are about as well as compliment the look and feel of your wedding. The options are endless.
Here’s how the engagement session deal works. Engagement sessions are free if you meet any one of the conditions below, otherwise they are $450.
Conditions for a free session:
#1 I’m doing your wedding.
#2 You already have a wedding date and venue booked and I have the date available, but you kind of want to see what you will look like through my camera lens. In this case I’m more than happy to do a free, no obligation engagement session to give you a feel for how I shoot before you decide if my style of photography will match the style you are looking for at your wedding.
#3 You come up with some incredible idea I’ve never done before for engagement photos. For example, we could go out in the desert in a dune buggy and I can ride in the back of my truck (with someone else driving) and photograph you at high speeds while we all tear through the desert. Or maybe we can go up in a hot air balloon together, or go sky diving, or buy 100 pound bags of rose petals and spread them all over and lay in them. Or for those of you who are even more extreme, you could set yourself on fire and the other can spray you with a fire extinguisher (wouldn’t that be an eye catcher on your save the date card). Anything like that would qualify you for a free session. You just need to spend at least $450 to facilitate the session.
